Shipping

Newport Grey Living Collection’s products are shipped to you within 5 days after your order is placed. 

Upon shipping your product, you will receive a notification that your product has been shipped to you along with tracking information.  Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed but used as estimations. Shipping transit times vary depending on the type of shipment selected and the destination.  Once your product is shipped, tracking information is outside of our control.  If your order arrives to you later than the estimated shipping time, we will not refund the cost of the product.  In addition, we will not replace missing or stolen packages after products are shipped.

During the holidays, allow for additional processing time.

We only ship and mail within the United States.  Please note that we do not ship or mail internationally.
