Refunds

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Upon shipping out your order, Newport Grey Living Collection ensures that your candles are in great condition.  We do not allow for refunds or returns of our candles, but if your candles are damaged during the shipment process, we will replace or refund the amount of your candles if you send a photograph of your damaged candles along with a brief written description of how your candles were damaged and a copy of the purchase receipt to support@newportgreyliving.com within 10 days of delivery.
